Multimedia is one of the right ways to make it easier to convey information in the form of audio or visual. Multimedia can also generate things become more interesting, one application of multimedia is to visualize in the form of a video profile. Based on observations and interviews the author against the owner of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant i.e. strategies to promote themselves to the community rely solely on word of mouth. By using video profile is expected to be as promotional tools to the community, so that the public is more interested in visiting. As for the problem of the research is not yet the existence of media promotion in the form of a video profile. The purpose of this research is to produce a video profile is useful to introduce Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant of Surakarta to the community so that the known as well as maximize the promotion. This study uses several methodologies, including the method of collecting data, i.e. observation, interviews, the study of librarianship, method development, namely analysis, designing, shooting, editing, rendering, testing and implementation. The results obtained from this study are a Video Profile Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant of Surakarta can be used as promotional advice and information in accordance with the facts to the general public so as to enhance the visitor's interest to visit in this restaurant.
